Poll 1: Computer or TV?
In my previous post I said I’d be putting up a Poll of the Week, where everyone got to decide from 2 things which they’d prefer most. Every week the Poll will be called something new, a different name. Please choose what you prefer, it doesn’t have to be the answer everyone is choosing. Just enjoy this, and remember in your comment write which you prefer and why. I’d really like to know what you all think:
- Computer or TV?
Reasons to choose Computer:
* You can play Games, research and study for exams as well as talk online to family and friends
* You can use it for homework, and if you miss out on any TV program, you can go on the internet and find out.
* It can be used for fun, and important things such as research. Also, downloading songs etc. There are many important things on the internet that we can use which are very helpful!!

Reasons to Choose TV?
* On TV you can watch programs, movies and music channels with the latest video-clips and songs including TV episodes and programs
* It is fun to watch in spare time, especially your favourite TV shows
* You need it when you are bored, and if there is something you like ex: Soccer, you can watch it on TV. There’s always something interesting on TV! Some people say they can’t live without it…
Well, the choice is yours, consider the reasons, and think hard. When you are done, post a comment with your vote and reason why. In the end, I’ll count how many people voted for TV and Computer, and whichever has the most votes wins the Poll… CHOOSE WELL! And you can always change your mind, though no more than twice!!!

Well…I think I’ll choose computers. With them you can play, meet people, have your blog, visit fansites, do homework, a a lot more!. I couldn’t live without a computer! They’re very important and I’m sure they help people. That’s my opinion.

I think that the idea of polls is great because that way you can see different opinions from random people!
I definately think a computer is more important because you can do everything you mentioned and they can save lives, like when doctors use them and things like that. Besides, you can see anything on the computer that you see on T.V because you can download movies and missed episodes of shows etc.
That’s my opinion!

Thanks for keeping in touch on my blog. Our holidays are now over, but I think all of us would have liked them to have lasted forever.
To answer you poll question, I think I couldn’t live without a TV or computer, but if I had to choose betweent the two, I think I’d choose a computer, mostly for the reasons you said on your post.

I might have to say… Computers!
Because even when you can watch video clips and TV you can watch them on YouTube which is on the computer.
And of course, BLOGGING!
Blogging is so much fun and is ONLY available on computers (and phones, if you have the internet)
And on computers you can chat with friends in different countries with things like Bebo, Habbo Hotel and MSN!
I really wouldn’t be ME if I didn’t have a Computer (even though I don’t need the help of a computer)

Hey there Nadine!
It’s mallorie, you put a post on my blog yesterday about my top 10 favorite books. I have read Desperaux, and I think it is amazing, too! Kate Dicamillo wrote another book that I heard was good too, though I haven’t read it myself. I absolutely LOVE Twilight! I’ve read it at least 5 times! (I’m just a little obsessed =] ha ha) Have you read the other three books? They’re really good too.
Anyway, about the poll… I would definitely chose computers. I go on there all the time to do homework and stuff. I also like to talk to my friends via AIM and email. I like to write, and I am currently writing a story. I find it a lot easier to edit and revise my story when I type it rather than writing it out.
Plus, you can’t blog on a TV!!
