Have you ever Considered…

Homeless

Homeless+woman+with+dogs

Now… a house… have you EVER considered how lucky you are to even live SOMEWHERE? Either with family, in an apartment, a house or a mansion double story house. We are so lucky, compared to the poor African children out there who are starving and we aren’t even seeing such. They sit there, tears of rain pouring, they have nowhere to go, nowhere to shelter but trees. Don’t you fell sorry? While we eat with pride, they starve to death. Consider this… each time we throw away our food we should think about what they would do to get their hands on our dinners, desserts, fruits+ vegetables etc. So next time you throw away your food, consider the fact that you get sins for it, that you are doing something awful by throwing away food that god has given you and that the poor strive so hard, gleaming day and silver-moon night to devour what you have discarded.

Back to my point… have you ever thought to yourself how lucky you are to be living SOMEWHERE, sheltered, jolly? Have you ever? Each time you look out your glass pane have you ever mused about the fact that hundreds of homeless humans are deserted on the streets, barely with clothes and rarely with food to keep them alive. They are kicked out onto roads and stay to suffer there. I’m sure you wouldn’t like that. So think next time before you throw something away. Think that you have a house to shelter you, to protect you from sheets of rain, powerful storms, gushes of winds and floods and it keeps us warm. It is there to cover for us and save us from being homeless. I know it sounds quite weird to give it human characteristics, but it is all true, it is exactly like another mother of ours, always watchings us and looking out for us… imagine it.

So you should be proud to be living somewhere, never waste your time weeping because you have all your life to live, all your mazes to figure your way through and your mistakes to fix and learn from. Be grateful for what you have, that others pray every second to have. Be grateful! And when I say it I mean it… don’t waste time, it is too valuable. We all must enjoy it all we can before our life is well and truly over. In other words, have fun in your life while you can! Oh, and one more thing, before you sleep, you must: Create a name for your house, example: Gretel, as mine is, and each night mutter your house a goodnight to show it that you are thankful for its help, no I am not going crazy!!

How do you feel about the homeless People?

    Hi Nadine,
Wow. Everything you said in your post was very true. I guess, in a way, I feel sorry for homeless people. I would really like to help them. I can’t imagine not having any where to sleep or call home.

Your post was very eye-opening (if that makes sense) :). Stay in touch, ♥ Laura

Hi Nadine! Sad post…you’re right: most of us don’t think how lucky we are beacause we can have food, family, a house, etc. Those poor children in Africa are dying everyday…because they don’t have food or house…and people are wasting water, food…Really sad. I sometimes think about them and I feel really bad. That’s very unfair.
About the maths test, I got an 8 out of 10. I saw that more people wanted to join the blog…could you please send me their e-mails? We have time, though. Thanks for the help!
Kisses(I’ll continue my story soon, but the fact is that I have a busy week: history, maths, lenguage, biology, english test! High school isn’t easy!)
