New Riddle A Bit Too Early!!!
A farmer and his hired help were carrying grain to the barn. The farmer carried one sack of grain and the hired help carried two sacks. Who carried the heavier load and why?
This Riddle came too early, but i have made a new rule, i will do another Riddle as soon as the time is up or if someone gets it right. So have a go at this one and goodluck!
Remember, it gets HARDER!!!
But first, who approves of me having a riddle? Should i or should i not? Please write in your opinion!

Posted February 27, 2008, 9:12 amI definitely think that you should continue with the riddles. This one is really tricky. I don’t know if this answer is right but I’m going to say the Farmer because it says the hired help carried two sacks and i don’t know what the sacks are filled with.

I think this is the answer.. The farmer’s load was heavier. His hired help only carried two sacks, while the farmer carries one sack of grain.. But the hired help just carries two sacks.. both empty

And i was wondering if i could send it to you to let your sister read it and comment on it. The book is about twenty pages long and each page has about 1-3 sentences. Our teacher is just looking to see if a 3rd grader would be able to read and understand the book. It is completely alright if you don’t want to. You can comment me back with your answer.
