MissionMaker Games Story Planning over board!

Mission Maker Game Plan

After a while of working on our game, we have finally come up with our plan for the game.

*Levels: We will be having 5 levels. They aren’t exactly levels, but are different kinds of rooms and types of worlds each containing a clue that you must solve correctly to pass to the next level. When you get it right, the door opens, but when you get it wrong, you will go back to the previous level.

*Rooms: Momtahina and I are planning kinds of rooms we can have but we’ve come up with a couple. Here they are:

* Egyptian room for the first level

* The plant room or room with the flowers for the second level

* The food storage for level 3

* The cave room for level 4

* The town where there are stores like olden days for level 5

* The Resort for the bonus level if you save Cleopatra We are not very sure about level 3 and 4, but we will have a look at Mission Maker and see if the levels are available and if we can have everything we wanted for our game.

Characters: Characters are a bit beyond our reach now, but we will hopefully decide later and choose. Up to now, we will be having:

* A boy with poor and weakness abilities who will grow better, if we can’t find a boy like we described, we will choose any type of boy that is the closest of this one

* Cleopatra who looks like a lady that’s pretty and richly looking

Momtahina and I have planned this much up to now and will Hopefully have something that we are sure of for our game. If you want to play our game, when we finish, we will try to put it onto our blogs so you can try it and reply back with what you think of it.

Wish us luck!

Nadine - your plans look great - I can’t wait to see how you go and how your game turns out. Do you think that this planning has helped you in your game making? What benefits (if any) does it provide? How would your game have been made without this palnning?

    Hello Nadine,
That sounds like an interesting game. Those rooms should be avaliable, except the 4 room-the cave room. In the mini worlds there is a baked bean tin world, you could use that.
What is the objective for your game?

    Hi Nadine
We have started our game and it has been going well so far and even if there are not the things we want, the things they have is really close to what we wanted.
The pickups are actually really good so we are changing them and I think that working together will help us improve our game.
